Broadway Manor is accepting for short-term RV rentals. Age 55 (soon to be) gated community. Monthly rent will be $495 and includes water, sewer, garbage and electricity (50 AMP) only. RV’s must be 10 years or newer. All RV’s must be in top condition. We have 40 spaces available for leasing at this time. Background is check required and you will find the application on our website at parkmanagerLLC.net. Applications are $45 per person.
