Due to the Governor’s recent proclamations (20-19.4) concerning rent increases, new rent charge will now take effect on July 1, 2021. Tenants who have already paid the increased amount will have a credit of $50.00 on their account and a statement sent to them that shows balance. If the timelines in said Proclamations are extended and changed, Park Manager, LLC will provide additional written notice of any change to dates.
